Meet The Jergens Team
John Jergens has been in the real estate industry for the last 16 years and currently works with his son AJ on a father/son team. Working with the Jergens Team, clients not only get a combined 23 years of experience, they also feature full concierge service, which begins with a home preparation meeting and includes contractor service recommendations and full staging if necessary.
John and AJ both have the same goal in mind — ensuring their clients’ interests are top of mind. They always strive to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy and seamless as possible, all while building trust with their clients.
When John isn’t working he likes to play golf, work out, and cook for family and friends. When AJ has time to himself, you can most likely find him out on a golf course! Giving back to their community is important to John and AJ. They coordinate and volunteer twice a year preparing and serving dinner at the Ronald McDonald house in Seattle. They also make a donation to Children's Hospital after each transaction is closed.
Issaquah & Sammamish
There's so much to love about Sammamish and Issaquah. First, the area is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle and Bellevue and it's one of the most beautiful locations in the world--right between the Cascade mountains and Lake Sammamish. We have fantastic schools and wonderful parks. Sammamish and Issaquah have a small town feel, but we have access to every amenity and nearby Redmond. We're about an hour away from some of the world's best skiing at Alpental and Snoqualmie. There are tons of ways to get outside here: fishing on the lake or biking and Duthie Hill Park which attracts mountain bikers from around the world. Issaquah and Sammamish are small enough that it's easy to get to know your neighbors. There's a real village vibe here. We meet outside to enjoy the gorgeous views and perfect summer weather.
